HOW CAN YOU HELP MY CHILD AND OUR FAMILY?
Here at Do No Harm Therapeutic Group, LLC we are fully equipped to help children and adolescents address symptoms of emotional distress that arise from changes in life, symptoms of exposure to adverse childhood experiences, Depression and other Mood Disorders, Oppositional Behavior Disorders, Anxiety, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and other trauma-influenced struggles, among others. Our team has experience in treatment of these issues in both the outpatient and inpatient levels of care and are equipped to meet the needs of those who come to us for support and healing.
WHAT ARE THERAPY STYLES THAT THIS GROUP UTILIZES?
At Do No Harm Therapeutic Group, LLC we utilize a variety of therapeutic styles to meet the individual needs of the children, adolescents, and their families who come to us for support. Ashley is well versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solutions focused approaches, among others, to create individual plans of supportive healing for children, adolescents, and their families.

HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?
Therapy sessions are typically 45-60 minutes. Please discuss with therapist when you schedule your appointment.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
We are currently in-network with Optum Networks, BCBS, and cash pay. Some insurances may also reimburse you for your out of pocket costs for out-of-network services, so please contact them to see what they will reimburse for if you elect to pursue Do No Harm Therapeutic Group, LLC for your counseling needs. Please call your insurance provider to confirm what mental health benefits you have as part of your insurance membership.
